personnel who are responsible for the welfare of Children and Babies in their
care. This will be of particular interest to Child Minders, Creche Assistants,
Playgroup personnel and anyone responsible with youth organisations. Even Mums and Dads. It provides those persons with a sound knowledge and understanding of child and baby first aid. Although Ofstead recommends the 12 hour Paediatrics course, employers have the final decision regarding employees training needs. Employers can apply for funding through local councils to offset the cost of first aid training.

child and baby first aid procedures, along with the ability to recognise and
treat many childhood conditions and illnesses.
